Terms & Conditions
Standard operational and service delivery terms governing engineering engagements with SoftBuilt Solutions.
1. Services & Scope Definition
SoftBuilt Solutions provides custom web application development, mobile application development, enterprise CRM/ERP systems, and cloud infrastructure management. Specific project deliverables, milestone timelines, and technical requirements are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between SoftBuilt Solutions and the client.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of project milestone fees, all custom source code, database architectures, graphics, and proprietary software developed specifically for the client belong exclusively to the client. SoftBuilt Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing core libraries and reusable framework utilities unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Payment Terms & Milestones
Project work is billed on a structured milestone basis as defined in the technical proposal. Invoices are due upon completion and verification of each milestone prior to final deployment to production environments.
4. Warranty & Post-Launch Support
All completed software platforms include a standard bug-fix warranty period following production deployment to address any scope deviations or technical defects at zero additional cost.
5. Governing Law & Contact
